Question About Sixty Years On - 20 Seconds Longer on To Be Continued

Hey all....that is if anyone is left here. :)

Anyone know why the version of Sixty Years On is 20 seconds longer on
the To Be Continued box set then on the Elton John album?

The begining strings are longer. I asked Elton himself about this and
he was quite surprisd and had no idea this was the case.

Just a curious question that has always bugged me.
